Biography of Michael "Mikie" Sumner
(6/16/2000 - 6/12/2019)

Mike graduated from New Oxford High School and attended Full Sail University where he majored in Cinematography. Mikie has been a gamer ever since he got his first Xbox at the age of 5. He was the biggest Halo fan and collected everything Master Chief. If there was something new that came out that was Halo he had to have it. When he was around 12 or 13 he got into computers, he watched YouTube and learned how to do just about anything with a PC.

In 2016 Mike built his own gaming computer and was into League of Legends, he played all the time. His favorite character was Riven. He loved to make videos of him and his friends playing games, and made videos of him riding his motorcycle. He has his own YouTube channel "DASALI3N" where you can see the videos he made.

Mike also made a video for Ryder Logistics in 2017 for their Kaizen Challenge and won 1st place. He was kind and had a heart of gold. He also liked teaching his nephews how to play video games. His favorite pass time when not gaming was riding his motorcycle.

HONORING MIKIE

There were so many things we wanted to do as a family but just couldn't piece something together. That was until our sister Kristy put together #MILES4MIKE. Then soon after that it was the CVSC Sponsorship and then the XP League League of Legends camp. We continue to do these things in honor of our brother, and without each and every one of you, it wouldn't be possible.

Please check out the other pages for more information on #MILES4MIKE, XP League Camps, CVSC Sponsorships, and even our #MILES4MIKE Merchandise! All proceeds go to the #MikieSumnerFoundation in order to help us maintain these sponsorships in his memory. Even if you don't want to make a purchase, please feel free to donate as much or as little as you can

Also, get to know and love Mikie as much as we did, and still do, by his videos on this site! Below is his first riding video he created. On the other pages you can see the videos he created while playing some of the games he loved as well! His bike and PC were 2 of the things he loved most!

First Riding Video

Really nothing special. Quick edit of my ride to the park. It was really cold so I didn't do too much there. Was gonna try to get shots of the lake but there was a bunch of people sitting with their kids in my "secret spot". Not so secret anymore.

I still need to get a microphone and extra batteries for the GoPro and with college starting in less than a week idk how long it will be till I get those. So probably won't be any more motorcycle videos for a while or any videos. We will see with college.
